1. Accounts & email consent

By creating a RewardPass account you agree to receive email from us — transactional messages (account confirmation, redemption delivery, balance updates) and marketing messages (new offers, weekly tops, nudges). You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; transactional email continues for as long as your account is active.

2. Points, earn activity, and fraud

Points have no cash value until redeemed. We log every point credit and reserve the right to reverse points that resulted from fraud, bot activity, or ToS violations. Accounts that appear fraudulent may be flagged for manual review before redemption.

3. Redemption

500 points = $5 gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email via Tremendous. Maximum $500 per user per calendar year (keeps all users below US IRS 1099 reporting threshold). Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be converted back to points.

4. Eligibility

US residents, 18+. One account per person. Multi-accounting is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of unredeemed points.

5. Termination

You may delete your account any time by emailing dave@zakur.org. We may terminate accounts for ToS violations. Unredeemed points are forfeit on termination (by us or by you).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 7 days before taking effect.
